How long will it take for my web site to be designed?

The timescale of a website is not difficult to determine.   Our goal is to complete your new website in one week.  As soon as we receive your payment we begin the website-creation process. When we are finished with our work, you will have as much time as you need to enter your text/image content to the website using our easy-to-use site administration guide.

Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

Once my website design is completed -what aftersales service do you offer?

If you encounter problems or require enhancements you need only contact us.  Please note that free enhancements are limited to those we offer.  If a client wants an enhancement that we do not offer we are happy to try to locate it but any costs would be changed the client.

In what format should I acquire text and photographs about my church for my new website?

It is best if the text is created/pasted to Notepad or other simple word processor.  Digital photos in the JPG or JPEG format are best suited for website pages.  They offer clarity but with small-sized files.  .

Will my website design be" Search Engine" friendly?

All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines.

I hear that there are hidden costs associated with web design services. Is this true?

Not with us. In fact, our pricing model is really not a model of our industry.  If you have searched the Internet to find website development companies, you have probably seen companies that offer various plans where you have to first decide how many e-mail accounts you want, calculate how much downloading will be done, how much storage space you need, and all sorts of other things that are simply mind-boggling.  Our model isn’t like that.   We have only one plan for the templates we show on the site-design page.  That’s it.   The combined benefits of the connection with a morally-responsible hosting company and passion for providing great sites to churches, allow us to offer unlimited e-mail addresses, unlimited storage space, unlimited pages of content, many features, and all at a great low monthly price.  One plan.  One price.  It doesn’t get much easier than that.

How do I update my website?

The site software provides a way that you can make site-updates from any Internet-connected computer in the world.  We provide the training materials you or a staff member will need to make changes to your content.

Can I see how many visitors I've had to my website?

Yes we provide web tracking software which records where you visitors are coming from and which pages they looked at, which search engines are being used, which phrases are being typed into which search engines and many more interesting web tracking facts which you should find useful for future marketing campaigns.

Do I need to install any software to make updates to my site?

No.  Your site is maintained with software that we place on the web server.

Things are really financially tight at our church.  Will my website cost me more than $1000 to build?

No.   It will cost an upfront payment of $94 which includes the cost to build your site and the first month's fee.  You will be charged the monthly fee of $39 thereafter.

I don't see a template from your site-design page that I like.   Can you help us?

If you do not see a template that you like, let us know.  We may be able to locate another from our template vendor.

How many pages can I have on my web site?

You can have as many as you like. We create initial pages for you.  However, if you wish to have a blog or some place to add pages now-and-then, we can set it up where you can add as many as you wish whenever you wish.  From a search engines point a view - The more the better!

I already have a website and I need it updating, can you help me?

No, we are sorry but we only create new websites, hosting those we create.

What if I have a website, but want a new one.  Can you help?

Yes.  Singup for a new site and select your template.    In the note section available at signup, simply mention that you already have a website and that you wish to have your old doman name moved to your new site when the new site is finished. The cost for this service is $10.

Do you display any banners or pop-up ads on my website?

Absolutely not! - It's your website and you have total control over the contents and who advertises on it.

What if I do not like the design?

This won’t happen with our sites since you are the one who chooses your site template.
